I Love the Internets.com is a weblog mostly about technology, personal interests, and various noteworthy items I've found pilfering through the vast internets.

Finally, a good movie

AmelieI have to thank Benny for opening my eyes to a world with better movies. Up until yesterday, I was under the impression that Red Dragon was the best out of all the movies I’ve seen this year so far. I stand corrected. Amélie is. I watched this movie yesterday and plan to watch it once again this evening.

Amélie is a French flick, so for those of you that don’t enjoy foreign films and subtitles…well, you should. If you’re into movies with the whole “life can be beautiful” theme, quirky humor, and gorgeous cinematography, this is a must see.

hey i discovered your website today when i was checking out the net to see if anyone else loved the ani poem ’self evident’ as much as i do. i only found it on the internet yesterday [i'm a uni student from new zealand so i don't think i'll hear it on the radio anytime soon but you never know] and i can’t get it out of my mind - it’s incredible. anyway i was scrolling through your site and found you were an amelie fan too! i spent almost two months living in the part of Paris that amelie lived in and going to her cafe everyday. so congrats on the good taste!
