Happy Birthday to Me
I had an amazing birthday this year!
This birthday I’m giving myself a present: I’m quitting smoking.
Today is my second day being smoke free.
It may not sound like much, but if you are a smoker, I’m sure you can sympathize. Wish me luck.

Congrats on quitting smoking. That was my early birthday present to myself this year too. Course, I still cheat a bit when I go out and drink, but I haven’t bought a pack in over 5 months. I just bum off friends.

Good luck! I quit 12 years ago and I still remember it as one of the hardest things I ever did - I cried for 3 days straight but it was SO worth it! I’m glad nearly every day.

Ugh, the crying. Yeah, had one breakdown already, not pleasant. Congrats on the 12 years though!! Thanks for wishing me luck, too, I can use it!

Happy Birthday & Good luck! I quit once before and now my dumbass has started back. I was going to quit again for New Year’s but I’m not ready. It was so hard! And darn it, I like it! Well, I hope you have an okay time with quitting. You can do it!
